1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Logic Nest ERP software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:
- Install and use the software on one (1) computer
- Receive free updates for the lifetime of the product
- Access customer support via WhatsApp
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software for illegal purposes
4. Payment Terms
The software is sold for a one-time payment of Rs 30,000 (approximately $107 USD). Payment is accepted via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Upon successful payment verification, you will receive the software download link via WhatsApp within 1 hour.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Software Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs. All updates are provided free of charge to licensed users. We reserve the right to modify features in future versions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the software is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Logic Nest be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.
9. Data Backup
You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your data. While the software includes backup features, we are not responsible for any data loss.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
